Project Controls Specialist
Job Title: Project Controls SpecialistJob Description The main function of a Project Controls Specialist is to research and evaluate aspects of potential and existing projects as they pertain to internal and external resource availability, resource allocation, competitors' influence, concurrent projects, available manning and expertise, and schedule conflicts. Responsibilities + Analyze potential and existing large to mega-projects in each region/franchise for conflicts pertaining to scheduling, personnel/manning needs, contractor availability, and equipment availability. Essential Skills + 2-5 years of experience in Project Analysis, Controls, and Data Analytics + Proficiency in Power BI and Excel, including data entry, pivot tables, and macros + Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, business, or a similar field Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in construction, project controls, cost control, document control, inventory, and data analysis Work Environment The role is based in an office environment with working hours from 8am to 4pm, Monday to Thursday, and remote work on Fridays. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
