QualificationsWho we want… (Requirements)
Must have at least an Associate’s degree from a two year college or university in Business or Engineering and at least one year of jobsite construction experience.
Must possess basic computer skills including the ability to utilize word processing, spreadsheet, and e-mail applications. Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite and Primavera Scheduling Software.

What we expect… (Essential Functions)
Develop, implement, and maintain cost controls on a project.Monitor, evaluate and update project cost data on budgeted amounts.Generate project progress charts and cost reports.Support forecast of time and cost problems by offering trending information.Develop and execute measurement systems to process, analyze and identify improvements.Develop and update resource loaded construction schedules.Verify scope changes and estimate costs by using contract terms.
