Job Description
This position supports the gas construction services division with the state's largest utility provider. You will work closely with records, maps, permits, and plat data to assemble make-ready packages that are going into construction. You will leverage SAP software to assemble your packages and work closely with various departments to track, pull, and manage your data sets.
ResponsibilitiesCoordinate construction documentation including maps, drawings, permits, and blueprints.Utilize SAP software to assemble make-ready packages for construction.Collaborate with different departments to track, pull, and manage data sets.Review and manage data related to construction schedules and utilities coordination.Essential SkillsExperience in project coordination.Proficiency in SAP software or previous utility construction experience.Ability to review and manage construction data.Experience with construction scheduling, especially in utility construction (Gas).Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong organizational skills.Excellent communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of underground utilities and underground construction.Work Environment
This position can primarily be a remote opportunity but will require visits to either the Lakewood or Puyallup office for training and meetings. You will have a team of senior project coordinators that can assist with any questions, but this role will primarily work independently.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00
