Support ESM Language translation product owner in representing, maintaining, and prioritizing all Language translation requirements for implementation in ServiceNow across GBS. Manage and prioritize ongoing backlog of related requirements & enhancements
Partner with ESM Language translation Product owner to implement an ESM Language strategy and process that meets the PepsiCo digital experience standards
Partner with ServiceNow Language Product team to provide out of the box language feedback to ServiceNow and incorporate future state ServiceNow driven process improvements and enhancements
Ensure a user friendly, intuitive, & scaleable solution for GBS and the broader enterprise
Work with ESM Language translation product owner to manage the delivery of Language translation in keeping with standards for PepsiCo ServiceNow platform in partnership with platform team
Assist in development of Language translation related standards, best practices, process documentation, operating procedures, and ensuring information is consumable for the organization
Partner with and coordinate delivery across all roles involved in end to end delivery of language translations into the ServiceNow platform, including development teams, and language quality assurance
Coordinate the translation cycle within the Translation Management System and provide any support required to functions requesting the translation service using the TMS
