Job Description

We are seeking a Project Coordinator, Architectural Drafter with strong Revit production skills to support our Project Architect on various projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working on multiple building types and possess excellent Revit production capabilities. Initially, the position requires in-office collaboration for the first three months, with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid schedule based on project needs.

ResponsibilitiesSupport the Project Architect in Revit production.Assist in the creation and management of construction documents.Contribute to design development and construction administration tasks.Draft architectural plans and details using Revit.Coordinate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.Essential SkillsProficiency in Revit.Experience in construction document production.Knowledge of design development and construction administration.Ability to draft architectural plans and details.4-8 years of experience in a similar role.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience working on multiple building types.Capability to support a Project Architect.Strong teamwork and communication skills.Work Environment

The position requires working in the office for the first three months. After this period, there may be an opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule of 4 days in the office and 1 day remote, or 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, depending on project requirements. We are a smaller firm that has experienced significant growth, expanding from 2 to 7 people in 2023/24.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $32.00/hr.
