Responsibilities:  

Tracking and understanding documentation deliverables for multiple small IT projects  Gather documentation from the customer  Assist with or manage the oversight of all aspects of project life cycle to include initiation, planning, execution, controlling and closing; taking project through final implementation  Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal & external stakeholders Demonstrated skill with Microsoft Excel   General understanding of project scope, and objectives Basic understanding of project team roles and functions to effectively assist in coordinating activities/tasks  Follow best practices and ensure that requirements are met and documented  Document project risks, assumptions, and constraints and aid in implementing approved actions and workarounds designed to mitigate project risk events  Monitor status of all identified risks in order to minimize the impact of the risks on the project  Financial management of project budgets to ensure all budgets, forecasts and costs are measured, tracked and reported for project success  Use appropriate tools and techniques to identify and quantify variances  Document measurement criteria for success with the help of Project Managers or other Leads  Assist in managing changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs  Ensure that all issues are captured, resolved and that resolutions are documented and communicated  Actively participate and/or lead project meetings, and follow up on action items.  Provide input regularly for status reports including program portfolio reviews  Assume responsibility and coordination for a wide variety of project and/or program related tasks
