One of the key functions in Galway is Global Business Services, which provides number of shared services activities across finance, purchasing, quality, technical and customer services for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Various global and EMEA commercial and operational management teams across our infectious disease and cardiometabolic businesses are also based in Galway, overseeing the supply of millions of rapid tests from HIV to diabetes to COVID-19, to patients in many regions across the world. **Description** The Project Coordinator applies professional principles, practices, and techniques to support the administrative management of the project. The Project Coordinator will perform tasks to consolidate project plans into project level schedule and consolidate reporting on project budgets (with inputs from Project Managers, Sponsors and Finance). In addition, the Project Coordinator will manage meeting scheduling, invitations and meeting minutes on behalf of the IVDR Project Team. Project Coordinator will also oversee all project and program documentation to ensure that agreed structure and versioning system is in place and being employed. **Responsibilities and Duties** + Responsible to understand the scope of the program and key projects. + Create, maintain and distribute status reporting. + Manage resource scheduling tools. + Identify clear ownership within the program team for any identified tasks, ensure that team members receive action plan and follow up on actions until closure. + Coordinate and facilitate delivery of objectives and goals. + Track progress and review project plans with the Program Team on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met appropriately. + Proactively escalate any risks/issues to Program Leaders that require attention. + Follow PMO policies, procedures and methodologies. + Other duties may be assigned by the Program Director/Manager as per program requirement. + Guide the project team through the process to assemble financial reports. + Work with Project team to get site projects off the ground + Represent ARDx ID PMO in the IVDR Project + Understand training needs and schedule training events where relevant + Prepare slide decks for project team meetings + Participate in hosting project team meetings + Provide administrative support to the Program Leadership.
