Job Summary:

The MTA Project Coordinator will collaborate with Market leadership to help plan, drive, and track project milestones to achieve desired results. This role will be responsible for coordinating projects, including preparing action plans, scheduling, financial reporting, and maintaining project documentation. Excellent time management and communication skills are needed to collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to deliver results by specified deadlines.

                                                                                                    

•    Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
•    Use our CRM tools to setup projects, enter data, generate approval requests, monitor milestones
•    Drive project tracking and status updates on related initiatives to internal and external teams  
•    Partner with Finance to enhance and communicate overall financial reporting.  Assist in interpretation of report findings, identifying of areas for improvement and development of solutions
•    Collaborate with accounting leaders to generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for external partners
•    Provide general administrative support to the real estate and MTA construction team as needed.
•    Other related administrative tasks as assigned

Job Qualifications:  
Education and Certifications 
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field

Work Experience 
•    A minimum of 1 year of experience in Project Management

Skills 
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)
•    Strong organizational and time management skills
•    Familiar with Salesforce and Asana
•    Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and levels across the organization
•    Takes initiative in identifying issues for resolution/improvement
•    Proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role

The Targeted Salary Range for this [Pay Transparency State] position is $55,000 to $79,000 annually.  
Hourly roles are overtime eligible; Operations roles are Productivity Pay eligible.
