Your New Role...

The CSSU Projects Team is part of the TNT Sports Production Services & Operations Team and supports CSSU Linear Creative and Content, Design, Multimedia, BR Gaming, and Sales on the production of all pre-produced content and marketing & sales creative elements.

The Projects Team is the glue for CSSU creative development and production — holding everyone accountable to the overarching project goal. The projects group leads teams by driving their focus where it’s required in a fast-paced environment. They are the main point of contact for our internal and external partners and clients and are the people to go to when an update is needed on where a project is and where it needs to be. They will listen to the needs of partners, clients and the CSSU team and help drive improvements in how we work together. Finally, they will drive the project to completion and delivery on-time.

The Coordinator role works with the Associate Manager and Manager in overseeing the postproduction scheduling needs for various group within TNT Sports. This position is responsible for working with partners to understand project needs, securing and booking appropriate resources, and communicating necessary scheduling changes for all stakeholders.  

Role Accountabilities

Postproduction Scheduling (65%)Postproduction support for various groups across the business, including creative, multimedia, production, social, production management, programming, design, business teams, marketing, sales and sponsorship, Bleacher Report and others.Responsible for working with project management team, producers and craftspeople on weekly scheduling needs, communicating scheduling changes in a timely manner to all involved.Maintaining an intimate understanding of partner needs and expectations in order to ensure the appropriate creative resources are assigned to any given project, as well as a comprehensive knowledge of the type of projects supported.Closely monitor editorial staff usage in order to identify areas of opportunity to ensure we are operating at capacity while simultaneously aiming to keep hard costs within a reasonable range. Look to play with alternate scheduling models, such as booking off-peak session times, with the goal of making sure staff is being fully utilized at all times.Assist in managing PTO requests from editors and sound designers.Create and actualize work orders and projects in Media Pulse, run usage and cost reports while maintaining an accurate accounting of artists hours and tracking of freelance hard costs.Provide the flexibility needed to engage on nights and weekends as needed.
