The USC Alfred E. Mann School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, Titus Family Department of Clinical Pharmacy, is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the administrative and research activities for the newly established Program in Medicines and Public Health. This program focuses on the development and expansion of several research initiatives focusing on access to medications, drug utilization and pharmaceutical policy. This position will include coordination and planning of research and programming activities within the program, and will also involve scientific components; namely, to co-write scientific manuscripts and grants.

Knowledge of research design and experience with research projects.Excellent writing skills, particularly scientific writing (professional journals, posters, summaries, etc.)Excellent computer literacy: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint.Knowledge of WordPress is helpful.Highly organized with a high degree of attention to detail.Ability to follow and communicate complex instructions and directions.Ability to plan, prioritize and schedule multiple work assignments.Ability to follow-up and resolve problems arising from routine situations. Master’s Degree highly desirable. A minimum of two years of experience working in research-related projects required.The hourly rate range for this position is $39.00 - $42.56. The position is available for 1-year and renewable contingent on successful progress and available funding.
