QualificationsWho we want… (Requirements)
The successful candidate will have 3 years of experience in an administrative or accounting related position(s) or a 2-year associate degree; or the equivalent combination of both. Experience in construction or engineering firm is preferred.
Must possess basic computer skills including the ability to utilize word processing, spreadsheet and e-mail applications. May also require working knowledge of scheduling applications. The ability to work with multiple project teams simultaneously and support on-going activities. Self-manage time requirements and other team members to meet deadline objectives.

What we expect… (Essential Functions)
Purchase and coordinate the delivery of certain materials or services for the project(s) ensuring
optimum prices, quality and conformance to specifications and budget. Ability to approve change orders and invoices.
Review vendor or subcontractor submittals for construction or internal operation's relatedProjects.
Assist in the preparation of various reports to assist in the successful management of the project(s), such as: monthly accounting reports, progress analysis/schedules, billings and status reports.Assist in the organization and maintenance of job files to ensure continuity of workflow.Communicate effectively with customer, direct consultants and sub-contractors on the project(s).Responsible for the development and implementation of policies/procedures as directed from management.Collect Weekly Manpower as needed to support operations reporting.Add Sifs and Potential Sifs to the Operations Team Reporting as needed.Update Project status in Monday.com.Trade Tapp Compliance support for Project Teams.Contact person for any issues, IT and or office related that will come in from our Issue TrackersCreate, and manager progress tracker in EZ Vista.Manage the business operations calendar, e.g., tracking projects from start to completion and initiatives from our Strategic RoadMap.Make sure BD Data is ready to be put onto the operations meeting report.Presentation Support for Operations Strategy Team.Support training implementation of Systems and Strategy Team.Support designated Project Manager with Licensing duties. Support Administrative functions for the Systems and Strategy Team.Other duties may be assigned.
