JOB SUMMARY The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting in all phases of a project, from planning, execution, through the end of the project. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES + Creates, manages, and updates project schedules. + Regulates flow of work related to project schedules within or between organizational units or businesses. + Reviews master schedule and work orders and establishes priorities. + Changes schedule according to projects, work order specifications, and availability or capability of workers, parts, material, machines, and equipment. QUALIFICATIONS + At least 1 – 2 years of experience in developing/managing/maintaining project schedules, required. + HS diploma or GED, required. + Two-year Associates degree, preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. + MS Projects experience, required. + Oracle software experience, a plus. + MS Office Suite experience, required (preferably Excel, 365, PPT, Word). + Manufacturing background, preferred.
