Job Description

Note: This position is Remote. Must be based in NYC, only considering local candidates. 

Coordinate and manage customer campaigns for multiple creative projects, across several channels, throughout the lifecycle (initial meeting through final delivery). You will be expected to manage projects using a Project Management tool that includes scheduling, obtaining job detail information, job tracking and delivery.

Responsibilities:

Gather required data from client and peers to create the project plan and timelines.Analyze and review the customer requirements and make a determination on the scope of the overall project. Partner with the appropriate resources/departments required to successfully implement a customer campaign.Work with Project Managers and Account Directors to estimate time frames, and resources required to successfully complete a project.Work within schedules and timelines for all project activities and conduct periodic status checks to assess progress against the schedule. Escalate changes to plans when requirements change/shift.Use Project Management tool to track all components of a project and proof artwork internally and with client using a Soft Proofing tool.Communicate customer project status to appropriate stakeholders and disseminate information on problems or potential delays. Manage customer expectations and ensure the completed work meets customer SLAs and comply with the company brand standards.May hold review meetings with the customer to review and make changes to projects.May be involved in establishing test cases and final sign-off on projects for go live to the customer.Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned.

QualificationsBachelor degree in discipline related to functional work or role with 3+ years of relevant work experienceAble to demonstrate the ability to solve somewhat more complex problems by analyzing variables and applying appropriate solutions learned through experience and proficiency in understanding the job. Must be able to recognize anomalies and critical situations and respond appropriately.Must be able to communicate and interact with a variety of internal/external customers and/or co-workers at the level of detail required to resolve issues of moderate complexity.Able to apply strong functional computer knowledge in utilizing MAC operating system, or other technical tools in completing assignments. May require knowledge of or ability to quickly learn specialized software to complete work assignments.Experience using Project Management tools such as Aproove, Workfront or WrikeIntermediate experience using Microsoft Office suite using primarily Excel and PowerPointBackground with creative work for print, digital (email/social etc), large format, promotional items Able to demonstrate continued expertise in the primary tools or applications used in completing daily work assignments.Requires very good communication skills with the ability to state messages in a clear manner by using language that is easy for others to understand.Must be able to proactively listen to others to understand issues and situations. Must be able to clearly articulate business needs to both internal and external customers.

Additional Information

The national pay range for this role is $52,500 -93,400 / year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
