What You'll Do:
As a Project Coordinator, you will:
Dive into supporting an energetic engineering team and our projects through coordination of logistics, while acting as a liaison to our clientsHave a hand in almost every aspect of our projects from start to finish including research, report compilation, submittal preparation, permit application filing, and invoicingBe a partner to project leadership by providing administrative support with documentation, correspondence, meeting preparation, and expense reportsPartner with your manager to tailor your career path towards YOUR visionWhat We Offer:

5+ years' of administrative support experience, preferably supporting project-based work in a professional services environmentThe ability to learn quickly, a self-starter mentality, strong communication skills, and a solid work ethicHigh School Diploma or GED required, Associates/Bachelor’s degree a plusA passion for providing an outstanding client and team experienceWillingness to learn, take initiative, and grow with the company
