The Project Coordinator is pivotal in interfacing with both internal and external project leadership to ensure the seamless execution of projects and associated milestones throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include assisting with client communications, maintaining financial health, and managing project scheduling systems for engineering-related projects. This role supports internal project management teams by coordinating and driving team deliverables, enhancing project consistency through detailed documentation, reporting, project planning, and process implementation. Additionally, the Project Coordinator will verify compliance with project requirements, assist with data entry tasks, monitor project progress, and ensure timely processing of financial and project-related documents.
