Project CoordinatorTemp to perm 1ST Shift 7:00am-2:30pm  SUMMARY: We are recruiting for a Project Coordinator position in Littleton Mass. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and invoicing.  ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Must have good communication skills, with the ability to carry out written and verbal instruction. Maintaining project documentation, such as database entry and reports; developing schedules. Communicating the project's progress to team members and other stakeholders. Matching invoices to spread sheet Support administrative needs from the field service crewScanning, Printing, filling & faxing Respond to Subcontractors inbound and outbound correspondenceEmails in office and out of office correspondencePhone communication with subcontractors and superintendentsProvide support to the Subcontractors, Superintendents and other Administrators.Update and maintain tracking of billing status utilizing ExcelUse multiple sources and databases to locate information for billing purposesCreate jobs in databaseCreate billing and invoicing packages for contractors to be submitted for billingFile documentationAchieve daily metricsParticipate in weekly team meetingsOther office duties assigned  Requirements:Must speak, read and write English Must have own reliable transportation Ability to work independently and pay close attention to details Computer skills Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and Outlook (or an equivalent application).Must be able to pass drug screenMust be able to sit for long periods of time ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS: Standard office environment contains furniture and equipment to conduct common business activities  BENEFITS: Benefits program, healthdentalvision401K when eligible Pay Rate: $23.00 hourly
