The Project Coordinator is located in Mississauga, ON and typically reports directly to the Operations Manager.

The Project Coordinator will assist with the overall administrative direction for one large or several smaller facilities management projects. They will assist with the overall performance, including the management of costs, schedule and project status while maintaining excellent relations with the employees, subcontractors, consultants and our clients.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Plan, in conjunction with the Project Manager, the execution of projects in accordance with Corporate PolicyAssist with preparing contractsPrepare progress reportsAssist in the purchase of supplies and materialsDocument controlEquipment managementOffice managementSchedulingChange management

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

University or college degree in construction engineering technology, mechanical engineering technology, project management, and/or skilled trade accreditationPMP Designation is considered an asset

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

1-2 years’ experience in operations or facilities management industries
