Project Coordinator
Job Title: Solar Project Coordinator

Job Description

Assist the sales support team in preparing client proposals. Register completed residential solar projects with the warranty provider. Create and maintain a warranty/repair management system. Work with material suppliers and the install team to address all repair and warranty-related inquiries from clients in a timely manner. Monitor solar system production/notifications to identify performance issues and address them as needed. Provide effective communication with clients, vendors, and team members. Create and maintain an O&M process for preventive maintenance. Identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency and improve operational performance.
