Project Coordinator

Collider Lab is a tight-knit group of brand strategists, data strategists and marketers that work entirely on the creation of high profile, business-changing strategies in dozens of countries around the world. We leverage the power of culture to position brands, and modern marketing science to make them grow faster. We are entirely owned by Yum! Brands—the largest restaurant company in the world (owners of Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, KFC and The Habit), so we are on the brand side. At the same time, however, we are free to work on a few exciting projects and brands in other categories if they pique our interest. 

We are looking to hire an awesome project coordinator to assist our strategy and data science teams. 

Salary Range: $­­ 67,700 to $ 79,700 annually + bonus eligibility (if applicable). This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.

Responsibilities of a Project Coordinator:

Develop and coordinate project proposals in partnership with strategists Seniors Strategists and Directors will brief the coordinator on the scope of the project, and the coordinator will be responsible for gathering estimate costs (i.e. research estimates for qual and quant), developing a timeline for  the project, and creating a client-facing proposal leveraging past projects for reference. Develop and coordinate client and vendor contracts Shepherd the day-to-day execution of Statements of Work and Master Service Agreements from start to finish, collaborating closely with the Yum! Legal Team as they draft agreements, review changes, and gain alignment from key parties.  Develop and coordinate all contractor agreements with experts and qualitative and quantitative vendors using a standardized template Facilitate administrative coordination for teams Work with teams to schedule large client meetings on an as-needed basis, coordinating internal and external calendars Logistics coordination for on-site work sessions, such as meals, transportation, etc.

What We Look for in a Project Coordinator:

3-4 years of proven experience in project coordination or similar roles (i.e. account manager or project coordinator in an agency setting, administrative or executive assistant, etc)  Proactive spirit, always looking for opportunities to assist teams Strong organizational abilities, able to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks or projects in parallel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as you will be dealing with multiple teams (i.e. internal Collider teams, legal, clients, etc). Bonus: experience scoping or managing contracts for qualitative and quantitative market research vendors  Preference toward someone who lives in Southern California and is able to come into our office (Santa Ana, CA) at least once a week or on an as-needed basis for larger client events at our office
