Project Coordinator
Kearney & Company is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team! The individual will primarily be coordinating with the Federal and contractor staff to create and manage a Cybersecurity WBS to include maintaining and tracking risks and issues. They will develop bi-weekly high-level project reports based on the Cybersecurity WBS. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Demonstrating professionalism and competence in the client’s environment • Maintaining relationships and communicating with key client personnel to understand business operations, processes, and functions • Ability to demonstrate an understanding of information technology concepts and apply them to client situations, including familiarity with NIST 800-53 • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with clients and team members • Ability to balance multiple projects concurrently • Assists in drafting and preparing project deliverables • Must be a self-starter, self-motivated, and results-oriented Qualifications BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university Minimum one year experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance (requires U.S. citizenship) Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps (AFS) for project management Overview Exclusively focused on the Government, Kearney & Company provides financial services, including auditing, consulting, and technology services. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).
