Project Coordinator
Adecco is assisting an office furniture warehouse hire a Project Coordinator to maintain, coordinate the paperwork and communications of multiple projects simultaneously for a furniture installation company located in the northern part of St Louis, MO. Responsibilities include working closely with our Project Managers and customer communications throughout the duration of projects. + You should have excellent time management and organizational skills. + Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. + Knowledge of commercial furniture a plus, but not required. + Computer skills using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word + The ability to learn our project management software. + Highschool diploma or equivalent. + Updated resume a must. **Responsibilities** + Collects information for new customer setup including New Client Forms, Sales Tax Exemption Certificates, Signed Customer Agreements, Terms and Conditions, I-9, and any other information necessary for customer setup. + Inputs customer information into Project Management software (Microsoft Dynamics). + Sets up projects - requesting project information needed from customers, inputting details into Dynamics software and placing/organizing documents into job folders. + Directs project and customer correspondence through monitoring of customer emails. + Types quote information into company CRM software and distributes quotes to customers. + Communicates with customers regarding product returns from jobsite. + Assist with closeouts and punch lists. + Inputs scheduled projects onto group Outlook calendar. + Verifies customer product receipt and any issues regarding customer product. + Tracks and follows up on punch list items until project completion. + Backs up Project Manager during her absence and assists with customer requests. + Various other administrative functions as required. **Qualifications** + Two years of relevant experience. + Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word + Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. + Organized with great time-management skills. + Attention to detail. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + High School diploma or more.
