Job Title: Project Manager - Publications and Congress Planning Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee publications tracking, project management, and cross-functional collaboration within the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry. This role requires the coordination of congress and manuscript publications, ensuring adherence to internal deadlines and industry regulations. The successful candidate will maintain internal planning, drive transparency of medical evidence generation, and support integrated congress disclosure planning. Hard Skills + Bachelor's degree in life sciences, technical discipline, or allied business function + Minimum of two years of experience in the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry + Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously + Familiarity with document management systems such as Veeva platforms (Vault, CRM, CARA, PRISM) and other database platforms + Strong computer knowledge and skills, including MS Office and Internet platforms Soft Skills + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Ability to maintain clear communication with key stakeholders + Proficiency in timeline management + Capability to drive transparency and ensure compliance with industry regulations + Strong cross-functional collaboration skills About Actalent Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
