Project Coordinator
Manage the full construction project lifecycle from planning to completion.
Meet with clients, architects, engineers, and design personnel to establish project plans, budgets, and schedules.
Coordinate project resources and track progress against timelines and schedules.
Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to specifications.
Act as a liaison between the client and project team members regarding changes or issues.
Select, negotiate with, and coordinate work of vendors, contractors, or sub-contractors.
Handle material management and delivery scheduling tasks.
Track project progress against milestones and budgetary guidelines, preparing and delivering reports to management.
Provide project contract administration, review vendor invoices, and change orders.
Lead and direct the work of other employees.
Implement policies, practices, and procedures impacting the department.
