They will ensure seamless communication while coordinating critical projects. With competency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio, they will be adept at multitasking, possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, and have a passion for delivering high-quality results within established timelines. This full-time, non-exempt position will be expected to function independently, with limited oversight, and exercise sound business judgment in every facet of their role.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Act as the liaison between the project lead and various internal teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.Prepare and coordinate materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.Always maintain compliance with HIPAA and privacy rules, including but not limited to handling Patient Health Information (PHI), adhering to data security measures, and ensuring that privacy practices are maintained.Maintain confidentiality of private and CARD proprietary information at an exceptional level, not to be shared or discussed without explicit authorization.Analyze data and generate reports and graphs using Excel, produce PowerPoints for presentation, and Visio to present hierarchy and presentation decks as needed.Partner cohesively and effectively with corporate and field employees, as needed.Work closely with others to gather updates on ongoing projects, complete analysis and compile comprehensive reports for the project lead.Utilize Excel skills to track project milestones, analyze data, create detailed reports, and streamline information for executive decision-making.Develop PowerPoint presentations summarizing project updates, performance metrics, key insights, and other related presentations associated to the business.REQUIREMENTS:High School diploma or equivalentProficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
