Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join a growing and successful team based in the centre of Cardiff. This role is a fully on site position with the option of working from home one day a week after your training.

Summary of role:

To support and assist with the day-to-day running of the operational activities within the business. The Project Co-Ordinator will provide end to end client engagement from start to finish of a project.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities

* Process work requests taking responsibility for work planning
* Provide focal point of contact for customers
* Process material and equipment orders
* Create Work Requests for the Team
* Handle queries from managers and employees effectively and provide solutions

Person Specification

* Self-motivated and eager to learn
* Proactive and able to work on own initiative, or with minimal support
* Possesses strong interpersonal skills to be able to communicate effectively with all levels
* Ability to priorities their workload effectively with strong time management and organisational skills
* Emphasis on accuracy with excellent attention to detail
* A strong working knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft packages
