About this role
This practice, with an acclaimed portfolio of groundbreaking projects, is seeking a talented Project Coordinator to join their busy team. You will play a key role in supporting the design/project teams with meeting arrangements, travel coordination, expense management and document production.

Key Responsibilities Diary management, including arrangement of client meetings and site visits for project leaders and wider team Coordinate travel and accommodation booking for the Project Director and design team Liaise with accounts departments on invoices, fee proposals and contracts Provide ad hocĀ administrative support to the team as required Assist with project submissions when required Assist with project presentations when required
Skills and Experience Prior experience within a project supportĀ role, ideally within architecture or design Strong IT skills, experience Adobe suite are highly desirable Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Good time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
