What are major areas of responsibility?
Direct and manage new installation project development from beginning to end. Effectively communicate project expectations to district office team members and/or third-party contractors/service providers in a timely and clear fashion. Plan and schedule project timelines. Track project milestones and deliverables. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project or future projects. Ability to regularly review customer Account plans and specs
What are the position requirements?
Attention to detail Exceptional customer service and teamwork skills are essential. Solid organizational skills, including multitasking, time management and complex problem solving. Strong background and working skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) as well as CRM and ERP software are preferred
