Project Coordinator

Job Description

Arcadis is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic detail-oriented individual to join our Toronto Healthcare Studio.  The successful candidate will participate in delivering quality complex healthcare projects within an integrated project team.  Under the guidance and supervision of a Project Manager, the Project Coordinator will play an essential role in project execution.

Role accountabilities:

Collaboration with the greater project team in the management in developing and maintaining project schedules, document controls, RFIs, and change managementProvide status report of project milestones and adjustments to schedulesDownload/upload project documents to/from project document sitesDevelop and maintain accurate project documentationPerform administrative responsibilities to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the department

Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a project coordinator assisting architectural teams in the delivery of architectural projectsProficiency with P6/MS Project, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office SuiteStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to work within a team environment
