Project Coordinator Job ID 192666 Posted 12-Nov-2024 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Facilities Management, Project Management Location(s) Dublin - Dublin - Ireland **Program/ Project Supervisor** Job Responsibilities: + On Campus Role, M-F. + Coordinate program activities: Plan, organize, and execute all aspects of assigned programs to ensure efficient and effective implementation. + Develop program plans: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop detailed program plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all activities are aligned with program objectives. + Monitor program progress: Regularly track and monitor program activities, ensuring they are executed according to plan and making adjustments as necessary to meet program goals. + Provide administrative support: Assist in handling administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing program materials, and maintaining program documentation. + Liaise with stakeholders: Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, share program updates, and ensure program success. + Evaluate program effectiveness: Collect and analyse data to assess program outcomes and identify areas for improvement, making recommendations to enhance program performance. + Manage program resources: Oversee the allocation and utilization of program resources, including budgets, materials, and personnel, ensuring efficient and effective use. + Coordinate communication: Facilitate effective communication within the program team and with stakeholders, ensuring timely dissemination of information and addressing any issues or concerns that arise. + Coordinate program events: Organize and coordinate program-related events, such as workshops, conferences, and trainings, ensuring they run smoothly and meet program objectives. + Stay updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to the assigned programs, making recommendations for program improvement and innovation. + It is the overall objective for all of our roles to participate in creating and enhancing our safety culture + You build your knowledge of and abide by all CBRE & Client Health & Safety Policy and Procedures to ensure a healthy and safe working environment for staff, contractors, customers and clients + You ensure the team is compliant with security and safety standards and that visitors are escorted and contractors do not have access to areas without the appropriate authorisation or supervision + Safety and security is always in the forefront of your mind and you raise any security concerns immediately to Client security team and your line manager + You are aware of and follow required emergency prevention and operational controls + You will embed a culture of safe working and compliance capturing RISE Behaviours + Relationships are key to our success and you work hard to maintain constructive and positive professional relationships with clients, colleagues and supply partners **Required Skills:** + Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders. + Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work. + Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and flexible approach. + Proficient in using project management tools and software. + Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and manage competing priorities effectively. + Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with individuals at all levels of the organization. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. + Proven experience working as a Program Coordinator or in a similar role. + Knowledge and understanding of program management principles, methodologies, and best practices. + Familiarity with project management tools and software. + Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. + Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. + Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
