Responsible for document preparation, information management, scheduling and assisting with daily operations. **Additional Information:** ****GRANT FUNDED**** **Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.** **On-Site** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **About ARMAPP:** **Arkansas Mental Health Access in Pediatric Primary Care (ARMAPP) is an education and consultation program to help pediatricians and school personnel identify and support youth with mental health conditions. Monthly webinars on mental health topics are held, and enrolled providers can get recommendations from mental health professionals such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and behavioral experts.** **The ideal candidate will be managing phone consults, coordinating with clinical staff on scheduling and follow-ups, managing surveys and data, some travel to clinics for marketing and promoting the program, attending conferences to promote the program, event planning, etc** **Required Education:** Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience **Recommended Education:** **Required Work Experience:** Related Field - 1 year of experience **Recommended Work Experience:** **Required Certifications:** **Recommended Certifications:** **Description** 1. Initiates, prepares, and maintains scope of project. Gathers information from and communicates to all stakeholders involved in project. 2. Provides project information and and prepares an analyzed report of project details and findings. 3. Provides data collection, data entry, data analysis and data communication support. 4. Maintains databases and other management support tools. 5. Ensures accuracy of all data submitted for benchmarking. 6. Generates reports detailing the status of programs or projects. 7. Evaluates progress of all assigned projects and reports the results. Obtains feedback on possible changes/modifications to the project. 8. Performs other duties as assigned.
