Position Overview

QinetiQ is seeking a proactive and versatile Project Coordinator with the ability to coordinate tasker responses, work events, various assignments, and projects external to the organization. This role provides support for organizational action processing, standard operating procedures and processes, file maintenance, replies to requests for information, tracking of International Agreements, and other critical external business functions (coordination with external partners such as industry, academia, and other government agencies outside of Army). The ideal candidate is a team player with a "can-do" attitude, capable of managing multiple responsibilities with efficiency and precision. No task is too big or too small for you, and you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Manage and provide input for all International Taskers, databases, and spreadsheets. Alternate POC for all International Visits. Creates International Agreement documentation and the supporting documentation (Summary Statement of Intent, briefings, and Designation of Disclosure Authority Letter) for all Project Agreements (PA), overarching Data/Information Exchange Annexes (DEA/IEA), Engineer and Scientist Exchange Program (ESEP), Foreign Comparative Test (FCT), Foreign Technology Assessment Support (FTAS) and Coalition Warfare Program (CWP).Performs day-to-day operating procedures to organize, direct work, interprets regulations, applies new methods or procedures, and coordinates with others, as necessary. Applies strong interpersonal skills and teamwork to understand and address customer needs and meet suspense dates.Demonstrates analytical abilities and skills in executing methods, practices, and approaches to accomplish objectives.Works with Leadership to communicate project or program results at high levels within and outside the organization. Assists in defining assignments, including identifying work to be done and deadlines for completion. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as necessary Performs other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Active DOD Secret of higher level security clearance. #qinetiqclearedjob3 to 5 years’ experience in providing graphics and multimedia support to clients.Must possess effective time management skills and the ability to multi-task across priorities and thrive in an adaptable fast-paced environment.Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, and organization skills.Must possess exceptional customer service skills and the ability to interface with customers, division team members, and all levels of management.Proficient skills in other Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).Proficient skills in Adobe Products (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design).
