What to Expect:
The project coordinator is responsible for coordinating day-to-day tasks at our customer job sites.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Liaises with managers and clients/customers to define project requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with company goals. Coordinates internal and external resources, ensuring that projects remain within scope, schedules, and budgets. Analyzes project progress, and when necessary, adapts scope or timeline to achieve optimal results. Assigns roles and tasks to team members based on their individual strengths and abilities. Helps build the skill set of team members and shares learnings with other employees. Achieves company goals while adhering to standards and best practices. Performs other duties as assigned.
