Job Responsibilities:

Support Procurement/Executive Team in coordination of supplier Demonstration and Deep Dive Analysis of Solutions. Complete survey of state entities for on various topics as needed. Coordinate Reporting and Review efforts of team. Communication to both suppliers and state entity team members on scheduling and procurement related activities. Schedule multiple meetings with a large number of state entity SME’s for Supplier Demonstrations for a number of functional areas. Coordination of SME and supplier availability. Attend Weekly meeting with executive team and other project meetings. Maintain schedule and reports of all events. Collect and maintain proper material requested from all parties. Create, maintain, and communicate meeting agenda, notes, and next steps. Properly maintain document repository of procurement documents. Other duties as assigned.

Team-management and leadership skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Teams Procurement experience is a plus
