Job Description

Study Co-ordination:

Coordination and communication of all relevant activities, both internal and external to ensure all aspect of services are in accordance with study requirements.

Overall responsibility for ensuring that activities come together in a timely manner to meet the client and study requirements.

Ensure that all study shipments requested are released according to contractual and country requirements.

Timely provision of reports and other information / timelines to clients as required

To ensure that all processes are performed in accordance to established procedures and cGMP standard.

Coordination on planning and scheduling of labelling and/or packaging jobs as required by clients.

Liaise with respective internal and external parties responsible for the production of labelling and packaging materials.

Assist in design and/or execute labelling and packaging instructions.

Ensure that Investigational Medicinal Products (IMPs) are labelled and packed in accordance with the requirements of each study protocol.

Assist management in any other matters as required.

Participate in client meetings, teleconferences where appropriate.

Participate in cross functional business process improvement activities as required.

Enter project budgets and forecasts, update trackers and reports.

Assist on performing invoicing activities for allocated projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

Degree or diploma in scientific or health care discipline /business studies

Experience in Project Management or Customer Service- or Logistics, Warehousing

Possess leadership skill

Computer literate Numerate and literate

Good written and verbal skills
