Project Coordinator

Job Description
General Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support on engineering related projects including document control and project tracking activities.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
Document ControlProvide document control for the project per the established processes specified to ensure adherence to quality standards and the project requirements. Reviews billing activity to ensure compliance with contract requirements and configuration management policiesReceive and enter all documents into system ensuring compliance with document control procedures and client requirements.Collaborates with team to complete the document compliance of national account projects, aligned with project scope and within schedule.Provide a variety of project support related tasks involving document control management.Manage document processes and systems to ensure control and availability of documentation to site personnel.Project SupportAssist with overall project delivery (cost, schedule, quality, information, contracts) on multiple project assignments.Assist in managing all budgets, schedules, scope development, design and construction contracts, documents, procedures and controls for assigned projectsSchedule and communicate with the client regarding project report status and delivery schedule.Receive and process requests for proposalsCoordinate bid response with local offices, including educating them on all key client requirementsMaintain spreadsheets regarding status of proposals and projectsUpdate TerraNet sites regarding scope, pricing, delivery, quality etc.Work with key national client contacts regarding receipt and turnaround of proposalsWork with offices on invoicing and aging AR issuesKeep appropriate project team members informed of status, delivery issues, and other areas as needed.
Follow safety rules, guidelines and standards for all projects. Participate in pre-task planning. Report any safety issues or concerns to management. Be responsible for maintaining quality standards on all projects.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in engineering administrative support role.Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.
