Responsibilities Assist project managers in setting up workplans in Deltek Vision and updating workplans as needed Assist project managers with preparing Contracts, such as Owner/Architect, Architect/Consultant, Additional Services, etc Assist project managers in developing billing schedules if needed Assist project managers with tracking labor projections and actual time spent, including interoffice labor (Casual Labor and PWP) Assist project teams with client and consultant correspondence as required Assist project teams with generating and distributing meeting agendas and minutes Assist project teams with formatting and compiling design reports and specifications Organize and maintain up-to-date project files according to Page standards Coordinate printing, assembly, and shipping/submission of deliverables in accordance with Page and client practices and standards Assist with scheduling team meetings, reserving conference rooms and the setup of Web Conferences as needed Qualifications Intermediate to advance knowledge of Microsoft Office; Architectural and/or Engineering industry experience is a plus Self-Motivated and able to work with little direction Organized, responsible and takes initiative Eligible for federal security clearance and able to meet the badging requirements set forth by our clients Experience in pursuing and applying for federal contracts #LI-JS1
