Project Coordinator

This team member is responsible for implementing services, products, and equipment as well as ensuring the project scope is delivered efficiently, accurately, and cost effectively. This individual must be able to apply project management procedures and practices on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that all resources and activities are completed as warranted and on time. With all projects, the this person should ensure that any roadblocks are communicated in a timely manner, an acceptable resolution is reached, and that implementations are completed successfully.
RESPONSBILITIES:

2. Maintain all sales documentation and implementation information from the beginning of service delivery through order fulfillment in SNOW and/or Salesforce.
3. Manage project timelines and deadlines for each implementations project including project scop and client expectations.
4. Participate in all project status meetings and other critical meetings.
5. Prepare weekly, or as needed, status reports to project team and customers.
6. Work closely with and be the liaison for all departments involved with the order fulfillment process.
7. Facilitate issue and problem resolutions.
8. Monitor all activities to ensure efficient and effective use of project team resources.
9. Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
10. Provide overall day-to-day project direction and manage the complete implementation of the project from initial receipt of project through the completion of project close.
