The Project Coordinator assists the Project Team with the documentation and daily administration of the construction projects. This role is responsible for maintaining certain aspects of the project as assigned by the Project Manager, by managing the documentation process of submittals, RFI’s, Contracts, Purchase Orders and Change Orders. The Project Coordinator manages key administrative processes for project site functions as well as providing high-level organization and administrative support to Project Team.

Essential Duties
•    Assists in the coordination / management of certain aspects of a project under direction of assigned program or project manager. Project Coordinator typically does not have independent decision-making authority
•    Coordinate data and information and prepare internal and external reports from various departments
•    Maintains and distributes project information, files, documentation, reports, and related work
•    Use project management software and other standard tools to track progress / activities of team and work products /deliverables
•    Troubleshoots system challenges x Assists with preparation and coordinating of proposals, manuals, and presentations

Language Skills
Read, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Respond effectively to sensitive inquiries. Make persuasive presentations on complex topics and respond to questions from management, public groups, clients and/or customers.

Reasoning Skills
Demonstrates leadership skills with ability and willingness to face challenges, solve problems, and motivate others, while maintaining effective relationships with customers by meeting or exceeding their requirements and expectations. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Ability to adapt and learn new technical, imaging techniques under constantly changing competitive marketing demands

Qualifications
•    1-3 years working in a business environment
•    General business background with working knowledge of principles, practices, and techniques of project management
•    Experience in building/development/construction industry preferred
•    Strong Analytical skills
•    Excellent communication and time management skills to be able to manage fast paced and constantly changing work environment

Education
•    BS or BA Degree, or similar experience
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary Range

60,000.00-70,000.00
