• Responsible for customer visit. Communiate with sales team or relevant functions to agree on visit planning details, and coordinate required resources to support the visit.
• Assist in planning and tracking the progress of various projects.
• Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate various factory activities, such as employee birthday party, annual party, management workshop, and other employee activities.
• Communicating and coordinating various matters inside Danfoss global area.
• Bachelor’s Degree or above
• Excellent English and Chinese, both oral and written
• Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
• 1-3 years related working experience is preferred
• Excellent team work spirit
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communicator and strong interpersonal skills
• Good planning, prioritization, and organizing skills
• Able to work independently and effectively, self motivated
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Strong sense of customer focus & ability to anticipate other’s needs
