\n\t\t\t\t\t• Calendar management\n• Taking meeting minutes - Note takings skills (meeting minutes is an essential part of job), , utilizing word or excel (pivot tables, ability to create graphs, understand the data they are putting in).\n• Event planning – organizing staff engagement events, meeting events where they will organize lunch for the group, they will map out how we are going to do it seating arrangements, etc. \nFacilitation, planning and close out of large workshops and conferences\n• Manage budgets for projects and events they are supporting. Expense and invoice management for team expenses, office expenses and other ad hoc reimbursements\n• PowerPoint (will roll up to exec team, need to be more than proficient at using). Provide feedback on presentations and chair up with directors to help create presentations. utilizing powerpoint to create visuals/displays and word art while following standard work of formatting and guidelines\n• Type of projects: support directors on quarterly business reviews, making sure action items are complete, assist with planning workshops from start to finish., quarterly business reviews with vendors and partners, appreciation weeks, professional development, onboarding, policies and governance

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $42.49 - $55.24
