Currently we are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Research department. 

 
About the role

The Project Coordinator plays an important role in the successful execution of data collection activities for research projects. This involves managing field teams, overseeing logistical aspects of fieldwork, ensuring data quality, and adhering to project timelines and budgets. 

 
Your responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and manage project budgets and timelines. Attend project briefings and ensure a clear understanding of project objectives and methodologies. Collaborate with research teams to define project scope, sampling strategies, and data collection methods. Prepare and distribute project materials, including questionnaires, interviewer guides, and stimulus materials. Field Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise field interviewers and supervisors. Assign tasks and monitor fieldwork progress. Provide  ongoing support and guidance to field teams. Data Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Conduct back-checks and data validation procedures. Address data discrepancies and resolve fieldwork issues. Prepare fieldwork reports.


Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Sociology, Psychology, Business Administration or related). Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Being a team player. Enjoy working with others and being part of a collaborative environment. Proven experience in fieldwork coordination or project management within the market research industry will be considered an advantage.  Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Fluency in written and spoken English.
