Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team remotely or in the Houston area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project coordination and project management, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for tracking project progress using Excel or similar software.
ResponsibilitiesTrack project progress and maintain accurate records using Excel or similar project tracking software.Coordinate and schedule meetings as needed to ensure project milestones are met.Utilize Microsoft Office suite for various administrative tasks.Assist in project administration and ensure all documentation is up to date.Create and manage Excel pivot tables for data analysis.Collaborate with construction teams to ensure project timelines and goals are met.Essential SkillsMinimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or project management.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel.Experience with project tracking software such as P6, Microsoft Project, or Excel.Bachelor's degree in a technical or STEM field (business, engineering, construction, project management).Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in the construction industry is a plus.Strong administrative and organizational skills.Work Environment
The role offers the flexibility to work remotely or from the Houston area. The position involves a standard 40-hour workweek in an office environment. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using various technologies, including Microsoft Office, P6, and Excel. The dress code is business casual.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00
