Job Title: Architectural Project Coordinator
Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Coordinator to manage technical design aspects, provide support throughout the project lifecycle, and coordinate with various stakeholders. This role involves producing and coordinating project deliverables under the supervision of a Registered Architect.

ResponsibilitiesParticipate in conceptual design and provide full support throughout the entire project.Coordinate with Project Management, other architects, and consultants.Provide technical guidance to less experienced staff.Maintain and distribute all project files.Develop and maintain BIM models in compliance with company standards.Provide troubleshooting and modeling assistance to BIM modelers and consultants.Coordinate with consultants and design assist partners to create accurate and clash-free models and project deliverables.Serve as the primary contact for consultant communication.Assist with quality control activities.Support code analysis, specifications, and coordination of building systems.Submit permit sets to the AHJ and respond to comments as needed.Assist with construction administration activities including submittal review, RFI responses, site observations, and field report preparation.Participate in project meetings and prepare meeting minutes.Conduct field surveys, document existing features of facilities, and translate field conditions into accurate virtual models.Produce or oversee the production of compelling architectural visualizations and graphics.Assist in the development of processes and systems to improve project deliverables and their production.Essential SkillsStrong working knowledge of Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud.Basic understanding of AutoCAD.Knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and basic detailing.Demonstrated skills in production and coordination of project deliverables.Ability to interact positively with others, solve problems, and constructively communicate solutions.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office.Additional Skills & QualificationsThree to five years of related experience.Proficiency in visualization and graphic software.Knowledge of local codes and regulations.Actively pursuing registration is ideal but not required.Preference is given to local candidates.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $37.50
