Rate of Pay: $17-$18.31
Responsible for intake and assessment of maintenance requests. Also responsible for management of bid processes, and tracking of construction and maintenance projects.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITES:
Intake of all requests for work, from all programs, in accordance with the Facilities Helpdesk Policy. Determines the direction of each request, either to an outside vendor or in house maintenance based upon estimated cost of project, and urgency. Tracks jobs that have been inputted into the database to ensure they are completed in a timely manner, and updates database. Processes invoices for vendor payment. Tracks and files work orders send to Facilities from programs, and reviews for recommendations. Develops and maintains positive relationship with outside contractors, maintenance personnel, and program employees. Filing of project related documents, both digital and physical. Possesses strong customer satisfaction skills both verbally and through writing.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate’s Degree 3-5 years of experience Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
