The community you’ll be caring for:
· Join a family of caregivers focused on whole-person health and committed to making communities healthier.
· Provide wholistic care for patients that extends to the spiritual level by praying with patients and families. Chaplains are available to meet with patients, families and team members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide spiritual support.
· Help develop a brand new $150 million community hospital and medical office building that will provide services such as Emergency Services, Medical/Surgical, ICU, Women’s Services, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Interventional Cardiology and Gastroenterology.

The role you’ll contribute:
The Project Coordinator provides project management support to leaders and team members. Assists with and supports team planning, execution, monitoring progress, and delivering end results. Prepares and updates documents and presentations, create communications and correspondence, coordinate program calendars, meetings, agendas and meeting minutes. Proactively supports project and status meetings by soliciting input from owners and participants, assuring agendas are in place and accurate and meeting outputs are available in a timely fashion.
The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting in all phases of a project from planning, execution and through the end of the project. Develops work plans, tracks progress and delivers status reports.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
· Creates and maintains accurate, organized and complete project files to include all documents required for project approvals as well as to sustain internal, local, state, and federal regulatory compliance
· Works closely with Internal Project Teams as well as External Clients, Design Consultants and other professionals in order to coordinate all project activities, to include review, budgeting, and cost management.
· Record-keeping – updating project management software
· Liaises with cross functional business partners to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
· May assign tasks to internal teams, assist with schedule management and ensure work is completed accurately & timely
· Reads, interprets, and provides informed critique of agreements
· May act as point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :
Minimum qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree OR
Associate degree and 3y Healthcare or Project Management experience OR
High School Degree and 5y Healthcare or Project Management experience
