Adecco is assisting a Fortune 500 client in recruiting for a Project Coordinator in Dublin, CA. This is a full-time temporary position in Dublin, CA.

Responsibilities for the Project Coordinator include but are not limited to:
· Enter data into multiple online portals and databases.
· Undertake work order management, track and reconcile expense costs, analyzing trends and making appropriate recommendations.
· Serves as interface with vendors for questions about scheduling, work order status, invoicing, and other process related issues, managing compliance and follow-up with all vendors.
· Supports the financial tracking process from end to end of work order management. Develops processes that ensures scope and cost accuracy, data integrity for all services and financials, and tracks issues and resolutions.
· Analyzes projects and make recommendations regarding budgets and program operations.
· Works cross-functionally with other teams within store ops to execute projects as assigned.
· Designs and maintains project timelines and schedule(s) with vendors.
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for a Project Coordinator:
· 1+ years of project coordination experience.
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Pay Details:** $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
