The department has an exciting opportunity for a permanent full-time Project Coordinator to join the Workforce Administration bureau. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of apprenticeship program information and data management systems, providing training and technical assistance for partners, and conducting outreach to increase awareness of apprenticeship. Examples of Duties: + Maintain and Update Apprenticeship Idaho’s Existing Systems -Jotform – form building application. -Hubspot – employer management system. Data Validation + A ssist with reviewing data for submission for Federal reports. + Work with apprenticeship staff and partners to improve processes. + Conduct outreach to employers and job seekers about apprenticeship. + Develop and maintain a database of apprenticeship opportunities. + Leads annual National Apprenticeship Week activities on behalf of Idaho Department of Labor. You must possess all the minimum qualifications below to pass the exam for this position. Minimum Qualifications: + Planning and implementing projects. Minimum requirement met by at least one year of experience planning and implementing projects. + Developing, promoting, and gaining project support. Minimum requirement met by at least one year of experience. + Interpreting and explaining specialized or complex material into information usable by the public. Minimum requirement met by at least one year of experience. Additional Qualifications: These additional qualifications are preferred but not required for the position. Applicants with this experience may receive consideration over other applicants. + P roviding training and technical assistance. + I nterpreting, explaining, and applying laws and regulations. + Conducting outreach, including on-line and in-person training. + Utilizing various Microsoft products including Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Excel. + Event planning. + Familiarity withIdahoWorks, Hubspot, or RAPIDS system. + Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders for system improvement. + Familiarity with apprenticeship.
