ARE YOU READY TO WORK AT PRIMEREVENUE? As a Project Coordinator, you are responsible for organizing and managing the various parts of a project to ensure its success. This position will work collaboratively with the product, engineering, and quality TEAM, sharing important information with TEAM members and stakeholders/management so the project/s run smoothly and makes it to completion without significant problems. WHAT YOU GET TO DO Works closely with Business Analysts to clearly understand and document project scope and manage changes when they arise. Participates in project planning and release planning sessions to understand and document project timelines. Participates in daily scrum sessions as well as regular sprint planning sessions across their projects. Articulate and communicate issues, risks and dependencies and their potential impacts to scope, schedule and budget. Ensures TEAM members have the resources they need to complete their assigned tasks on time and within their budget limits. Analyzes and assesses risks and opportunities and works with the TEAM to assist in the remediation and removal of roadblocks. Maintains project documentation, such as the project plan, budget, and schedule. Provides detailed updates to Director of PMO and/or other stakeholders. Monitor, and make recommendations as necessary, related to project resources to boost project efficiency and maximize deliverables output. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Basic understanding of Project Management methodologies and tools including: An understanding of how project plans are built, managed and shared An understanding of the roles customers and stakeholders play in defining project scope and timelines Basic understanding of budgeting and cost management An understanding of risk identification, impacts, and mitigation Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously Ability to meet deadlines and quality standards and respond to changing priorities Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively cross-functionally and with stakeholders Basic understanding of the SDLC, and the roles and responsibilities of the various TEAMs within it such as Business Analysts, Developers, QA and Testing resources.
