Job Title: Restoration Coordinator
Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Restoration Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing restoration projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role involves coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.Coordinate schedules for workers, subcontractors, and equipment to ensure efficient project progression.Maintain detailed records of project progress, including reports and necessary documentation for insurance claims.Address any issues that arise during the restoration process, such as unexpected damages or delays.Ensure all work meets company standards and regulatory requirements.Work closely with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.Essential SkillsStrong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in customer service, restoration, construction, and working with insurance companies.Experience in documentation, data entry, administrative support, and project management.Work Environment

The work environment is an office setting with a business casual dress code. The team is a very close-knit group that values hard work and rewards team members. The organization invests in professional development and promotes career advancement. The coordinating team consists of 7-8 members. Typical work hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with some flexibility required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00
