Provides project coordination and high level administrative support to a Leader and/or department. Coordinates and tracks project planning activities and progress, works to keep participants on track with project timelines, and participates in process improvement initiatives. Provides high level administrative and operational support to Leaders and department.
What Project Coordinator will do:
Coordinates and oversees the planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring and completion of multi-functional project teams for specific projects, process improvement initiatives and key organizational programs. Provides project coordination from planning phase to successful project completion. Provides periodic project updates to administration, medical committees, project teams and organizational staff in written and verbal formats.Interacts professionally and effectively with team members to ensure a collaborative plan and working relationship. Keeps supervisors and colleagues informed about issues and problems.Coordinates project resources to ensure completion of defined objectives within established project scope and schedule.Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to gather data and prepare presentations.What Project Coordinator will need:
Associate’s Degree in Business or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Two or more years of experience with administrative and/or project support.Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
